​Important Terms to Learn:
​

Historian:  This person is an expert in the history of a certain time period or place.

Archaeologist: A person who studies and digs up artifacts to learn more about different time periods and cultures.

Curator: This person is the keeper of the museum's collection of artifacts. 

Exhibit:  This is an object or collection of objects on display or shown in a museum.

Artifact:  This is an object from a certain time period or from a certain culture.
